Create backend logins for Agent or Visitor and share their Login ID + password. Accounts are stored in this browser; last login time and IP update when they sign in (IP requires network).
Create account
Add a new login. Choose the role that matches what this person should access.
Role permissions
- Agent: Access to Home and Bank / ID Database; can key in data; profit/loss and net profit are hidden.
- Visitor: Home shows only PC × daily P/L (no company row detail). Report for other P/L views; read-only.
