Role permissions
- Owner: Full access; can create and manage Owner / Manager / Agent / Visitor accounts.
- Manager: Full access; can create and manage Agent / Visitor accounts only.
- Agent: Access to Home and Bank / ID Database; can key in data; profit/loss and net profit are hidden.
- Visitor: Can open Report only (no Home / databases / Management); read-only; profit/loss numbers cannot open details.
Admin backup
Full safety backup for Home daily sheets, round history, lock history, Bank / Website databases, and login accounts.
Backup files contain sensitive business records and account passwords. Keep them private.
